VNMG160404MS KCS10B is authentic American Kennametal Kenloc series 35° negative rhombus PVD coated carbide turning insert, specially engineered for precision finishing and medium stock removal turning of nickel-based, cobalt-based and iron-based high-temperature superalloys, suitable for composite external OD turning, internal deep hole boring and end face turning operations. Equipped with MS superalloy dedicated medium chipbreaker and tiny 0.4mm finishing nose radius, each double-sided diamond insert provides four independent reusable cutting edges to significantly reduce per-unit tool consumption cost. Adopting KCS10B ultra-fine grain High-PIMS AlTiN coated carbide substrate, it perfectly matches MVJNR/MVJNL series Kenloc lever-lock negative turning tool holders. The unique 35° diamond geometry delivers outstanding accessibility for narrow deep small-diameter internal boring and complex superalloy component contour profiling, while the MS positive rake chipbreaker minimizes cutting load and thin-wall superalloy workpiece elastic deformation.
