316-16CM210-16045G 1730 is authentic Swedish S Coromant CoroMill 316 series modular replaceable solid carbide chamfer milling head, specially developed for universal 45° chamfering, edge deburring and light semi-finish profiling of steel, stainless steel, cast iron and superalloy workpieces. Equipped with standard Coromant EH16 quick-change interface, symmetrical 2-flute optimized chip flute and wide 1.5–16mm variable cutting diameter range, one single milling head covers multi-size hole edge chamfer and outer contour deburring tasks. Adopting grade 1730 anti-wear TiAlN PVD coated ultra-fine grain carbide substrate, it perfectly matches EH16 modular shanks, supports quick tool head replacement without full tool disassembly, adapts to smooth continuous finishing and mild interrupted cutting of uneven forged and cast blanks. Widely applied on vertical & horizontal CNC machining centers for automotive shaft chamfer, injection mold edge deburr, hydraulic valve port chamfer and general machinery multi-size hole mass finishing production
