M10*1.5 6HXC OSG is authentic Japanese OSG general-purpose cobalt high-speed steel machine tap, professionally developed for M10*1.5 metric fine pitch internal thread tapping of carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel and grey cast iron. Equipped with exclusive 6HX oversize medium thread tolerance and C-type modified bottoming short chamfer, one tap adapts to both blind hole full-thread machining and standard through hole tapping. Adopting wear-resistant TiCN nano coated HSSE cobalt substrate, it matches standard tapping chucks of CNC lathes, machining centers and tapping machines, supports stable low-torque continuous tapping and mild interrupted cutting of uneven scaled blanks. Widely applied in automotive component workshops, hydraulic valve processing plants, general fixture machinery and mold auxiliary thread mass production.
