Product Overview

TPKN1603PDSR-GW (inch shorthand TPKN43PDSR-GW) YG-1 is authentic Korean-made YG-1 single-sided positive triangular indexable shoulder milling insert, professionally developed for universal medium heavy roughing and semi-finishing of carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel and grey cast iron. Equipped with PDSR reinforced anti-chipping edge structure and GW wide balanced multi-material chipbreaker, each triangular insert provides three independent reusable cutting edges to greatly lower single-piece tool consumption cost. Adopting shock-resistant TiAlN nano PVD coated submicron carbide substrate, it perfectly matches TPKN series 90° shoulder mill cutter heads, supporting square shoulder profiling, step surface milling, flat face stock removal and mild-severe interrupted blank processing. Widely applied on vertical & horizontal CNC machining centers for automotive structural forgings, injection mold bases, hydraulic valve blocks and general machinery multi-metal mass milling production.
