Product Overview

WBGT080204L-F PR930 is a genuine Kyocera positive rake trigon finishing insert developed for ultra-small aperture precision boring and miniature thin-wall component turning. With 80° trigonal shape, 5° positive rake angle and F-type sharp micro-finish chipbreaker, this left-hand insert features R0.4 tiny corner radius to guarantee ultra-smooth machined surface. Equipped with PR930 stainless steel special MEGACOAT TiCN PVD coating substrate, it effectively suppresses chip adhesion and workpiece scratching during low-medium speed continuous cutting. Widely applied on Swiss sliding head automatic lathes and small CNC turning centers for medical hardware, miniature hydraulic fittings, electronic sensor sleeves and automotive micro parts precision internal & external finishing machining.
