Product Overview

CNMG120408-RP (short mark CNMG432-RP) T5010 is a double-sided negative rhombic turning insert developed by Pramet for medium & heavy rough turning of steel materials. Equipped with RP wide-groove heavy rough chipbreaker and reinforced R0.8 cutting corner, each insert owns 4 usable cutting edges to reduce production cost. Adopting T5010 high wear-resistant MT-CVD coating substrate, it matches MCLNR series standard external turning tool holders, supports large depth of cut and high feed rate continuous turning. Widely applied on CNC lathes and automatic turning machines for automotive, hydraulic, mold and general machinery metal mass processing.
