Product Overview

JT50-PSC6-30 is a high-rigidity modular polygon tool holder under EGNC brand, manufactured in accordance with ISO26623 international polygon coupling standard. It adopts JT50 (SK50) 7:24 standard spindle taper matched with PSC6 three-lobe polygonal interface, with a compact effective length of 30mm to shorten tool overhang. The dual-contact structure of polygon taper and flange surface greatly improves bending resistance and stability during heavy cutting. Made of quenched alloy steel with precision grinding and G2.5 dynamic balance treatment, it features ultra-low radial runout, built-in through-coolant channel, suitable for high-speed and heavy-duty milling on JT50 CNC machining centers and mill-turn machines.
