The ZCCCT BT40-ZC20-160L is an extended-length high-precision ZC collet milling tool holder independently developed by ZCCCT (Zhuzhou Cemented Carbide Cutting Tools Co., Ltd.). It adopts standard JIS BT40 spindle taper interface, matched with ZC20 spring collet clamping system and 160mm extended projection length. Through strict quenching, tempering and black anti-rust surface treatment, this holder delivers ultra-low runout, high rigidity and strong clamping force. It is specially designed for deep cavity, deep slot and long-reach CNC machining scenarios, widely compatible with solid carbide end mills, drills and tapping tools for steel, alloy steel, stainless steel and cast iron processing.
