Product Overview

DCMT11T304MF KCM25 is authentic American Kennametal DCMT series positive rake 55° rhombus PVD coated carbide turning insert, professionally developed for universal medium stock removal turning and precision finishing of carbon steel, alloy structural steel, austenitic stainless steel and grey cast iron workpieces. Equipped with optimized MF multi-function medium feed chipbreaker and balanced 0.4mm finishing nose radius, each single-sided diamond insert provides two independent usable cutting edges to lower workshop cutting tool operating cost. Adopting grade KCM25 anti-wear AlTiN PVD coated ultra-fine grain carbide substrate, it perfectly matches SDJCR/SDJCL series positive rake lever lock turning tool holders. The large positive rake geometry drastically reduces cutting resistance and thin-wall workpiece elastic deformation, suitable for smooth continuous precision turning and mild interrupted processing of scaled forged and cast blanks.
