Product Overview

TBGT060104L PR930 is authentic original Kyocera single-sided positive triangular coated carbide micro boring insert, professionally developed for universal semi-finish and mirror fine finishing of miniature thin-wall stainless steel and alloy steel micro parts. Equipped with L left-hand dedicated cutting geometry, ultra-slim 1.59mm thin substrate and balanced R0.4 micro nose radius, each insert provides three independent reusable cutting edges to lower single-piece tool consumption cost. Adopting PR930 nano smooth anti-sticking PVD coating substrate, it perfectly matches STUPR06 slim left-handed micro boring bars and EZ-Bar deep tiny hole tool system. The 11° extra large positive rake drastically reduces cutting load and thin-wall elastic deformation, suitable for both smooth continuous high-speed finishing and mild slight interrupted low-feed cutting.
