Product Overview

TBGT060102L TN60 is genuine original Kyocera single-sided positive triangular uncoated cermet micro boring insert, specially developed for ultra-precision mirror finishing of φ5mm+ tiny deep blind inner holes of miniature thin-wall steel and stainless steel micro parts. Equipped with L left-hand dedicated cutting geometry, ultra-slim 1.59mm thin substrate and tiny R0.2 micro nose radius, each insert provides three independent reusable cutting edges to reduce single-piece tool consumption cost. Adopting TN60 coating-free anti-sticking cermet substrate, it perfectly matches STUPR06 slim left-handed micro boring bars and EZ-Bar deep tiny hole tool system. The 11° extra large positive rake drastically cuts cutting load and eliminates thin-wall elastic deformation, widely applied on Swiss sliding head automatic lathes and small precision CNC lathes for medical micro implants, automotive electronic micro sensors, miniature hydraulic micro valves and watch micro parts high-gloss batch precision machining.
