Product Overview

The MITSUBISHI CCMT09T304 US735 is an original Japanese coated cemented carbide positive rake turning insert, belonging to Mitsubishi’s US series dedicated grade for stainless steel and heat-resistant superalloy machining. This 80° rhombus (C-type) single-sided insert features standard MCS general-purpose chipbreaker geometry, 0.4mm nose radius, 7° positive back relief angle, and multi-layer high-temperature resistant CVD coating US735. It delivers excellent anti-work-hardening, anti-adhesion and thermal wear resistance during medium & low-speed stable turning, suitable for external turning, internal boring and finish semi-finishing on 304/316 stainless steel, nickel-based superalloy and titanium alloy. It perfectly matches SCLCR/SCLCN series C-type lathe tool holders for CNC lathe mass precision production.
