Product Overview

The APGT1604PDFR-G2 HTi10 is uncoated ultra-fine grain carbide indexable shoulder milling insert originally from Mitsubishi, specially engineered for high-speed rough & finish side milling of non-ferrous metals and cast iron. Adopting right-hand PDFR geometry plus exclusive G2 chipbreaker structure and polished rake face, this insert drastically lowers cutting friction and effectively restrains built-up edge during high-feed aluminum machining, maintaining stable cutting performance in continuous and mild intermittent shoulder milling on BAP series right-angle face mills.

Mirror-finished insert surface optimizes chip curling and smooth chip evacuation, securing ultra-fine workpiece surface roughness and extended tool lifespan for non-ferrous batch precision machining.
