The CCMT09T304 HMP PC9030 is premium PVD coated carbide positive turning insert specially developed for CNC external & internal boring turning of stainless steel. Equipped with professional HMP chip-breaker geometry and Korloy original PC9030 substrate grade, this insert features outstanding anti-welding & anti-chipping performance, stable cutting effect even under medium-heavy interrupted cutting scenarios.

Optimized for stainless steel semi-finish to medium rough turning, it realizes stable chip control, fine machined surface finish and prolonged tool life for long-duration CNC lathe continuous production.
